I am doing just fine “thank you” but the Market has Shifted

I am doing just fine thank you but the market has shifted since last year.

The market is experiencing low housing inventories which are half of what they were last year putting upward pressure on prices.  Allot of it is from super low interest rates, cash investment buying and people staying in their current homes because of being upside down on their current mortgages or because of future economic uncertainty.

Many multiple offers on listings, quite a shift from a year ago, not what you want in a healthy market with rising salaries were people are buying up to a new or bigger homes.  But a good time to sell your home if you want to move it fast.

Prices are up considerably over last year on the average 6-7 per-cent.  That is good for current home-owners and for the neighborhood especially if you are considering selling.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you or your friends.  You can contact me anytime.  I would be glad to consult with you about your marketing prospects and the most efficient way to sell your home at the highest net price.

Your Real Estate Broker.

Thanks! Curt
